Meet Our Yacht Services of Tampa Bay Brokerage Staff

Captain Frank Dame, Broker/President

Frank is President of Island Ways Enterprises, Inc a holding company for Yacht Services of Tampa Bay and Florida Boaters Guide.Com (www.floridaboatersguide.com), an award winning marine services directory and boating resource website.  He has been boating for over 52 years and holds a Master Captain's license with the United States Coast Guard.  A certified boat safety instructor with the U.S. Power Squadrons, Frank was named instructor of the year for 2005.  He sits on the City of Clearwater's Marine Advisory Board and was a member of the Pinellas County Boating Access Task Force formed in 2005.  He was also Fleet Captain in 2004 and 2005 for the Island Estates Yacht Club in Clearwater, FL.

 

Jeff Hipps, Broker

Jeff, a Florida native, started boating at an early age and has been cruising the West Coast of Florida for nearly twenty years.

Jeff comes from a long background in aviation; he applies an extensive knowledge of the power boat scene both in cruising and fishing and especially the West Coast of Florida.

 

Captain Lee Eckler, Broker

Lee holds a USCG Master Captain's license with a towing endorsement.  He has over 20 years experience with vessels up to 80'.  He is a ABYC Certified Diesel Engine Technician, a PADI certified rescue diver and owner of the "Yacht Guardian" yacht  management company.  In addition to his yacht broker responsibilities, Lee also heads up our yacht maintenance division coordinating all maintenance activities for Yacht Services of Tampa Bay.
